How Service Works Across Our Area
Reno Water Guy is a service-area business, not a storefront. We do not have an office or showroom in every city, and we do not claim one. Instead, Kawika drives to your home, runs a free in-home water test, and recommends a system based on what the test shows.
That means coverage across Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada works the same way everywhere we go: one local specialist, one point of contact from the water test to the recommendation to follow-up, and professional installation through our local partner, Pure Water Systems of Nevada.

What a great experience with Kawika at Pure Water Systems of NV! We're new to the area and have never had a water softener before. I got a couple of quotes, but it was pretty clear that this was the company we wanted to go with. Kawika was so thorough explaining everything, testing our water, and sharing the various options. And coming back after a couple of weeks to check in and test our water to make sure everything was working properly, and re-explaining maintenance. It's great to have options for DIY maintenance or full service. And now we love our whole house system and reverse osmosis in the kitchen for drinking water. Highly recommend!
